How Far Can Your Cable Car go?
On Monday 21/5/2012 room 5 made cable car's and tested them out. The first person who tried his out was Tyler, his cable car went 8 metres. Everyone were amazed we couldn't wait to see the next one go. Miss Chapman, Kifi, Piripi and Pace got the same total of 7 metres. I got the shortest distance which was 3 metres, I am very happy with my score because I can do better next time.

How Far Can Your Paper Plane go?
Today room 5 made all kinds of darts. They were doing the paper plane challenge outside on the courts. This is everyone's measurements .Piripi came first with the total of 11 .16m this is because the wind was absolutely great and Piripi might of had practice . San Tat had the lowest measurement with the total of 2 meters. My measurement was 3.22m.

1. Are you pleased with your origami crane? why?
Yes, because I have put a lot of effort into it.
2. What part did you find easy? why / why not?
Folding the square paper into a half because I’ve done this before.
3. What part did you find tricky / difficult? Why / why not?
Trying to make long diamonds because the sides might not be even.
4. Who / What helped you in making your Origami Crane?
Miss Paton helped me by sharing the instructions. Angel helped me by showing me a few steps.
5. What would you do differently next time? Think about folding, listening, persistence etc.
I need to have more persistence and to think about my folding.

The Mintie Challenge: How long is your Mintie wrapper
San Tat has the longest Mintie wrapper with the total of 97 centimeters.San Tat has the longest because he took is time he also ripped his wrapper thinly.Raymond had the shortest with a total of 5 centimeters.Raymond had the shortest because he didn't have any experience.My Mintie wrapper was 34 centimeters.

How to make Fantastic Chocolate Easter Eggs.
Ingredients List:
1 packet of Nestle chocolate melts
Equipment:
1 kettle
1 saucepan
* Water
Plate
Spoons and bread and butter knives
Molds
Fridge
Method:
1. Fill the kettle up with water and let it boil.
2. Pour water into saucepan.
3. Cover the saucepan with a plate and put the chocolate melts onto the plate.
4. Stir the chocolate melts with spoon until runny.
5. Spoon the chocolate into the molds.
6. Store the melts in fridge for 4-5 hours.
7. Tap molds hard so the easter eggs can come out.
8. Wrap easter eggs in tin foil and enjoy
