Drama

Yesterday Room 5 went into Room 11 to do drama.  We were given some ways on how we use water. We had to act out of some of the ways water can be used such as drinking and going to the toilet. We acted out certain objects from our walk to Tamaki River.   I Played the bridge, Angel played the trees, Samantha played the pylon and Caitlin went underneath me and acted  as the boat.  At the end only three groups were given the opportunity to showcase their objects. We were first, it didn't go as well as we had planned and we ended up laughing in the middle. 

Dance.

This is what room 5  did for dance this week. We all were given a letter. Angel was A, I was B , Caitlin was C and Yvette was D. A (Angel) had to do an open pose then B (me) had to go through, under or around and it kept on going.

Dear Green peace, drama.

This is our freeze frame based on the book Dear Green peace. We had three minutes to make a freeze frame. I was the camera person focused on Angel the reporter asking parents Samantha and Tim about how the whale had got into their pond and Caitlin ( Emily) was showing  Tim (Green peace). We had a blue sheet as our pond. Tim (Green peace) was explaining that whales don't stay in ponds, because whales travel every single day, and they stay in salt waters. Caitlin (Emily) explained that the pond had salt water in it because she tipped salt into the pond every day. I was great at roll play because I had a good conversation with my partner.
