Eastern Beach

On Monday February 27 ,Panmure Bridge School went to Eastern Beach We were going till 3:00pm for a picnic . The whole school was given instructions . After that the whole school lined up on the drive way for the bus .
The bus was taking forever . I WAS BORED!!. I was absolutely exhausted, it took for hours . Until the bus finally came I was saved!.
We rushed on . We stayed on for quite a time. While we were on the bus we would talk to the parent helpers, Isabella’s auntie Emi , Aryans grandma, Keri and Juliano’s brother Tom . We were finally there . As soon as we started walking there were two things on my mind 1:there was another school 2: the birds were chirping so loud I couldn’t think .
The birds were getting on my nerves . It was getting worse. The grass was wet so we sat down on our swimming bags and had morning tea . We were all settled down until Mr Johnston called out” Juniors life jackets “. The junior block went in then I saw their faces .
He then shouted “ Room 7 life jackets “ . It was almost our turn. Then he said.....
“Room 5 life jackets”.I looked at the water, it looked as cold as ice . I hopped in, it was F R E E Z I N G ! ! .
Then we got out for lunch. After that we sat down in a line and walked all the way to the bus. Throughout the time it was kind of frustrating, as there wasn’t enough room in the car to take me back home so I had to go back to school. My mum and cousins brought Kentucky Fried Chicken for lunch so you could say I did have a great time. I hope the school is thinking about going to Eastern Beach next year.
